When Fullmetal Alchemist's Roy Mustang is not in his military uniform, he is almost always dressed in a full suit, complete with waistcoat, over which he tends to wear a black wool coat (often draped around his shoulders to give it a cape effect) and his trademark embroidered white gloves.Tokiomi Tohsaka of Fate/Zero is almost always dressed like a 19th-century riverboat gambler.Sure, it's his school's uniform, but him making it stylin' is another point of contrast between him and Makoto, whose uniform is worn in a rather slobbish way.
